Snake slithers out of a woman’s Handbag in Embu Church

According to eye witnesses, the black snake with white spots wiggled out of a black polythene bag when the cleric decided to pray for those with needs.

Once the nearly 1,500 faithful inside Emco Hall beheld the sight, they scuttled for safety as it glided out.
A lot of the faithful sprinted hurriedly or furtively to take cover outside the building while others stood over their seats as the snake, which was about half a metre long, slid away.

But the congregation marched out of their bot-holes after the snake was killed and burnt using petrol, by a few brave people.
According to Rev Natasha, the incident at Embu town got the faithful trembling as pastors teamed up to pray for the woman.

The reverend claimed:
“When we tried to kill the snake, it started transforming into many creatures. At one moment it looked like a caterpillar, then it swelled up to take the shape of a butterfly. It is sad that people are still practicing witchcraft in this age.”

Pastor Simba Manyuki of Around the Globe Deliverance Ministry alleged that the woman walked into the church, smartly dressed, and made her way to the back as different preachers shared bible verses.
Rev Natasha then took to the podium and shared the word, after which she started praying for people facing various problems in life.

The woman turned angry at the prayers designed to unburden the heavy laden and became almost violent. Rev Natasha ordered the church ushers to bundle her towards him.

Pastor Manyuki recounted:
“The woman surged forward as if she wanted to attack someone while clinging onto her handbag.”
It is then that Rev Natasha pointed out that she was a “devil’s agent” and rained words of authority on her. The Rev ordered her handbag to be opened.

Pastor Peter Nyaga, a clergyman based in Tanzania grabbed her handbag and they found assorted types of paraphernalia related to witchcraft.

“Upon interrogation, the woman said she was sent to scuttle the prayer meeting and the snake usually leads her. It was alive and started moving up the pulpit. It was wrapped in a round thing that had blood,” said pastor Manyuki.
Rev Natasha held a four-day inter-denominational prayer meeting in Embu town. It was in one of the prayers attended by a host of pastors from Tanzania including celebrated gospel artiste Christina Shusho that the snake appeared.
