Tips to Getting Rid Of That Annoying Running Nose.

Ask anyone with a running nose and they'll tell you its not much fun to have a blocked nose. You can’t even breathe well and sleeping can become a long painful experience and the only thing you can think of is how to get rid of your stuffy nose asap!.
Running nose occurs when there's increased mucus in the nasal passages and sinus.


To get rid of the running nose we have a few remedies for that;

a)Use of garlic.
Boiling 3 or 4 cloves of chopped garlic in a cup of water for several minutes. Once it has boiled...strain the solution then add some sugar and drink the soup twice a day.Or chew a small piece of garlic 3 or 4 times a day to warm up your body and get relief from a running nose.

b) Use of ginger.
Ginger contains antioxidants, antiviral, anti-toxic, and anti-fungal properties that can help provide quick relief you from a running nose. So try out chewing a piece of raw ginger sprinkled with some salt several times a day though not enjoyable am sure its better than the annoying running nose because it will alleviate it quickly. You can also try boiling 1 teaspoon of ginger powder in a cup of water and inhale the steam then add some honey in the hot mix and drink it.

c) Steaming water.
Our third option is for you to boil some water, breathe in the steam for a few minutes then blow your nose. Remember to do this each time you have a running nose.

d) Get some sleep.
When you are not feeling well it is of paramount importance to get some sleep sleep so that your body can rest. Resting gives your nose some break from the blowing, maybe that is all it needs.

e) Drink lots of water.
Finally you need to consume lots of water since it helps thin down your mucus hence allowing it to drain faster from your nostril. Drinking some hot tea or hot milk can also have a soothing and warming effect which will keep you in the right track towards eliminating the runny nose.
