Malawi: 20 People Nabbed After They Were Found Walking Without Proper Reasons.

Mchinji police PR officer Moses Nyirenda said 20 people were nabbed after they were found walking without proper reasons, which is contrary to section 185(1c) of the constitution.

In order to protect other citizens, people who walk anyhow especially at night have wicked intentions and that is why the law enforcers have to arrest them.

According to the PR officer, among the people arrested, two are suspects said to have killed a watchman who was on duty at a market in the district.
