NAMIBIA: A Namibian schoolboy has invented a unique mobile phone that is not your average handset.

The phone, created from mobile and television parts – complete with a fan, light bulb and charger socket- is able to make calls anywhere using radio frequencies.

Imagine a mobile phone that does not require a sim card or airtime to use it, how cool can that be?

According to CCTV-Africa, The invention took two years to build and was highly sponsored by his unemployed parents. Petrus hops the invention would be successful and be able to be carried further.
