Man Beats Wife Silly For Insulting His Dad on Facebook.

KENYA:A lady going by the name Monica Rioba has been mercilessly beaten up and flogged with leather belt by her husband after he found out that his wife insulted his father on Facebook.

A National Transport and Safety Authority staff has dragged her husband to court for beating her and threatening to chop her into pieces, The Nairobian reports.

According to the report, Monica Rioba accused her hubby, Daniel Mwita, of assaulting her on January 3 at Skyline estate, in Kenya because he claimed she insulted his father on Facebook.

According to police, Monica was home around 10pm when Mwita arrived and accused her of insulting his dad. Monica said that her husband attacked her with blows and kicks before using his leather belt to flog her.

The court heard that Mwita threatened to chop the woman with a sword.

She reportedly escaped after her husband failed to get the sword. She suffered serious injuries on her forehead, back and other parts of the body.

Mwita denied the charges. The matter is to be mentioned today.
