Kenyan singer-songwriter, actress and entertainer Avril once revealed that she prefered a traditional wedding, raising suspicion that she’s was getting married to her South African lover (Muga).

Avril was once quoted saying “I finally have a man! We have dated for a while and I love him so much,” When asked about a ring given to her by the South African Business man, the singer excitedly told media sources that it was ‘definitely huge’ “He is South African. They have all the minerals there and so you can imagine how the gold and diamond laced band looks like,” She added.
Speaking to niaje in 2014, the 27-year-old beauty talked about her relationship and their plans on getting married soon ‘I am dating a very loving man from South Africa and he is based in South Africa, not Kenya as many people have said. We met in 2012 and we became quite good friends from then on. We did not start dating until sometime in 2013 and in him I have found a man of my dreams, a real gentleman’
