Malawi: Four Men Jailed For Being Found In Possession Of Albino Bones.

Zomba magistrate court has sentenced 3 Malawians and a Mozambican to 4 years imprisonment with hard labour for being found guilty of possessing bones that are believed to of a person with albinism.

The 4 got nabbed some weeks ago and were being detained at Phalombe police station as they were waiting to appear before court to answer charges of being found in possession of human bones.

Sources say that Phalombe police received a tip from the general public that the four were doing an illegal business as they were seen attempting to sell human bones. This led to the police  launching investigations that netted the four who later admitted to have been trying to sell the bones.
