"He Damaged My Scrotum," A Nigerian Passenger Claims.
NIGERIA: After a fight broke out in a bus between a bus conductor(Mr. Taheed Adekunle) and a passenger(Samuel Amosun) left the passenger with a damaged scrotum.
The bus conductor who's has so far been know as Mr. Taheed Adekunle, was accused of hitting his passenger’s scrotum during the dispute over bus fare. Mr Adekunle has since been remanded in prison by a Tinubu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos.
The Prosecutor, ASP Ignatius Okeke, told the court that the accused committed the offense on March 12 at about 5:50pm at Ajah Motor Park in Lagos.

The Prosecutor said that the accused during a dispute with a passenger, Samuel Amosun, over the high price of transportation fare from Ajah to Oshodi, kicked Amosun in the scrotum.
He said that the victim was presently on admission in the hospital with swollen scrotum. Okeke said that the offense contravened Section 171 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The Magistrate adjourned the case till March 21 for sentencing.
