President Uhuru Kenyatta Pays Kisii County a Visit

KENYA: President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto wind up their tour of South Nyanza region Thursday afternoon with a visit to Kisii county where they will commission Kisii level five hospital and relaunch the national youth service programme.

The President also launched road improvement works to bitumen standard of Metembe-Owalo-Rioma-Marani-Ng’enyi Road in Kisii County.

Before he leaving for Kisii, the President earlier Thursday morning met Western Kenya legislators at State House Nairobi where he announced a breakthrough in the revival of pan paper mills
