Shocking Video of Koffi Olomide Assaulting Female Dancer at JKIA

KENYA: Congolese King of Rumba Koffi Olomide, 56, was on Friday, July 22, captured on a video assaulting a female dancer when he arrived at the JKIA.

Olomide who is in Nairobi for Bomas of Kenya concert, was seen attacking the dancer.

Kenya police officers were forced to intervene and hold back the singer who appeared unperturbed by what he had done.

The female dancer is part of the six people who have accompanied him to Kenya for the concert.

According to reports, the dancer is said to have had an altercation Koffi's wife Cindy.

The musician was calmed down by police officers at the airport before he was shown to his car that immediately sped off.

The story is that one of the dancers had issues with Cindy (lead singer) and on arrival at JKIA they had an altercation then slapped her. Koffi was informed about the incident and became so furious. He then turned back, went straight to the dancer and kicked her in front of the Kenya police and other passengers. Koffi has since apologised claiming that he overreacted after the dancer slapped Cindy.

The viral video angered social media users with Kenyans condemning the assault.
