St.Pius Seminary Nkubu Dormitories set on fire

KENYA: Students at St.Pius Seminary Secondary in Nkubu, Meru county on Thursday, July 28, burnt down one dormitory.

The fire is said to have started during the evening when most students were in class.

The fire incident at St.Pius Seminary forced some of the students to flee to safety as the fire razed down the dormitory.

No students were injured in the incident with police said to have started investigations to find the culprits.

On Thursday, July, 28, the government with education stakeholders held a crisis meeting to find a solution to end the wave of school fires in the country.
